Fee schedule
As part of our property hunting service, we are paid directly by the buyer client, independently of the fees charged by the partner real estate agency involved in the transaction. This distinction ensures complete transparency and exclusive representation of the buyer's interests.
Our fees for the property hunting service are calculated based on the purchase price of the property, according to a sliding scale
